Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the Sales and Marketing teams. This individual will ensure that both internal sales teams and Travel Advisors (hotel, airline, cruise) have the marketing resources needed to drive sales. The role will primarily focus on creating and executing marketing materials, maintaining smooth communication between teams, and ensuring brand consistency.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full execution of marketing projects for the internal Sales team, including flyers, emails, brochures, display banner ads, PowerPoint presentations, and events.
• Act as the main point of contact for the Sales team, ensuring they receive timely updates on promotions, offers, and other key announcements.
• Develop clear and detailed project briefs, outlining direction, content, and product information for internal creative and production teams.
• Ensure all marketing materials are executed flawlessly, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining 100% content accuracy.
• Oversee the workflow between marketing teams and manage project timelines to ensure timely deliverables.
• Track and report on project progress to maintain transparency and alignment across teams.
• Maintain an organized inventory of marketing assets and promotional materials, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
• Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned by the overall marketing department.

SCOPE:

• Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing Specialist on the Sales team to process marketing requests, assign production schedules, create detailed creative briefs, route proofs, and provide final assets.
• Work alongside all members of the Marketing Department to efficiently process and execute marketing requests.

KNOWLEDGE AND

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years with Marketing coordinator type of duties.
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across Marketing and Sales teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate marketing materials.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and follow-up skills for quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
• Experience in the hotel, airline, cruise or travel industry is preferred.
