You will:

Reach, establish, and develop college campus relationships to help create community and discipleship opportunities for college students (empowering college students to live in mission on their campus)

Collaborate with Outreach team to engage young adults through outreaches, evangelism, and mission opportunities in our community

Plan, coordinate and execute CYA nights, Sunday and Summer Hangs along with various opportunities for young adults to gather, find community and discipleship opportunities

Connect young adults into various serving and internship opportunities across our church

Curate and build social media strategies to reach young adults in our community

Plan and Coordinate an effective growing strategy for small groups in the young adult community

Recruit, Equip and Disciple volunteers, while creating opportunities for community, care and check-ins.

Equip the next generation of church leaders by connecting young adults to church-wide opportunities

Assist with responsibilities of different ministries upon request (i.e. teaching in youth ministry, serving in various ministries on weekends, etc.)

Oversee the transition of high school seniors into Calvary Young Adults Ministry (includes mentoring)

Work collaboratively with other ministry teams

Coordinate with campus teams to collaborate on vision, events, discipleship, and needs in the CYA community

You have:

Proper skills in the area of public speaking

Proficiency in Google Suites

The ability to gather and lead large groups of people

The ability to lead and develop a staff team

The ability to lead, develop and empower volunteer team

The ability to cast vision

The ability to create strategies to accomplish Calvary vision and mission

The ability to counsel and disciple young women
