Assistant Nurse Manager, StepdownSurg​/Tele-- Days-BHN

Summary

Reports to the Nurse Manager of the Stepdown department and is responsible for assisting with planning, administering and evaluating twenty-four hour operation of one or more nursing units. Duties are assigned based on patients' needs, staffing availability, etc. Attends patient rounds with physicians, answers questions regarding patients' condition, receives physicians' orders and notes patients' charts. Directs preparation and maintenance of patient clinical records.

• Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of Nursing
• Associate's Degree

• Two (2) years experience required

• BLS and ACLS Certifications required
