Clinical Nurse II – CVICU (Sign‑On Bonus: $10k)

Position SummaryQualified RN will deliver quality professional nursing care to Open Heart critical care patients in the Coronary Vascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The role is a full‑time 12‑hour day shift with benefits and a $10k sign‑on bonus.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff regarding patient treatment plans.
- Perform detailed assessments of patients and provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Adhere to unit protocols and best practices for critical care.
- Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program (ACEN/CCNE).
- Valid FL RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience, including at least 1 year in Open Heart critical care.
