Clinical Nurse II – CVICU (Sign‑On Bonus: $10k)

A member of Trinity Health, Holy Cross Hospital is a full‑service, not‑for‑profit, Catholic teaching hospital serving Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Qualified RN will deliver quality professional nursing care to Open Heart critical care patients in the Coronary Vascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The role is a full‑time 12‑hour day shift with benefits and a $10k sign‑on bonus.

• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff regarding patient treatment plans.
• Perform detailed assessments of patients and provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Adhere to unit protocols and best practices for critical care.
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program (ACEN/CCNE).
• Valid FL RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience, including at least 1 year in Open Heart critical care.
