Employment Type: Full‑time (Monday‑Friday, no nights or weekends)

The Oncology Institute (NASDAQ: TOI), founded in 2007, delivers specialized, value‑based cancer care to a large patient population across 100+ clinics in five states. We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our outpatient oncology team and advance patient care while growing your career.

• Direct and supervise all patient care during your shift
• Work independently while administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV therapy as prescribed by physicians
• Perform patient assessments, coordinate with LPNs and other care‑team members, and promote teamwork with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
• Adhere to established standards of nursing practice and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in specialty training for immunotherapy and chemotherapy, and contribute to continuous improvement of our care processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned and may work in surrounding clinics

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school (RN license required)
• Minimum two years of RN experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Current Good Standing RN license in the state of employment
• Maintain BLS certification throughout employment (required at hire)
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification within three months of hire
• ACLS or ONC certification preferred but not mandatory

• Monday‑Friday schedule – No nights, no weekends, no call

Compensation: $40–$47 per hour with pay transparency for hourly teammates.
