MDS Coordinator RN In-Person

Fort Lauderdale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Full-time MDS Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will conduct and coordinate resident assessments (RAI) in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and payer programs.

Responsibilities include leading daily case management and weekly UR meetings, maintaining policies, and developing a QA program to ensure timely and accurate MDS submissions. Requires RN license and relevant MDS experience.
