Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to join our North West Broward County team. Schedule is 8:30am - 5pm with weekend availability; you will work under the RN and physician to assess needs and deliver patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing comfort-focused care, monitoring and teaching, and providing emotional support to families, including overnight coverage.
