Client Services Representative - Park Veterinary Hospital

Park Veterinary Hospital, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is part of the Suveto network of hospitals. We pride ourselves on the care we provide for all pets and their families. Our full-service animal hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and our team stays up to date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine. We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team.

Our Client Services Representatives deliver excellent customer service in-person and over the phone to assist clients and their pets. They support the doctors and staff, strive to continually improve the delivery of services, and ensure clients are treated with respect and compassion.

This is a Full-Time position but part-time consideration will be considered.

• Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors and the boarding facility
• Answering phones on a multi-line system and directing calls appropriately
• Admitting patients into the hospital
• Providing client education
• Maintaining a professional environment
• Upholding company Core Values
• Attending to and caring for pets
• Other duties as assigned

• Able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of client service experience is preferred
• Cornerstone experience is a definite plus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to maintain professionalism and provide top-tier customer service
• Experience answering a multi-line phone system
• Love of pets
• Motivated learner (the medical field is ever changing)
• Strong teamwork orientation
• Emotional intelligence to provide empathy and compassion to clients during both happy and difficult times
