Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $48.00/hr

Our client is seeking a Property Manager for high‑rise building in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is essential to the day‑to‑day operations and smooth management of the property. The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, and detail‑oriented, capable of handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities to maintain a positive experience for residents, owners, and staff.

Job Function

  • Assist in addressing owner and tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support tenant and owner move‑ins and move‑outs, including key fobs, inspections, and documentation.
  • Maintain positive relationships with owners, tenants, and staff to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate with the Property Manager on building maintenance needs and follow‑up actions.
  • Perform routine property inspections and report issues requiring attention.
  • Maintain accurate owner and tenant records, including lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, and board meeting materials to ensure clear communication.

Job Requirements

  • 4‑6 years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
  • Computer/Microsoft proficiency.
  • Property Management Industry/office experience highly preferred.
