About The Company

At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world.

About The Role

The Leasing Specialist will show model units to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and serve as a point of contact for prospects and residents to field questions and address concerns. This position will perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals. They will also remain informed about current market conditions and competitor performance that may impact the community's occupancy and financial results.

The Leasing Specialist will report directly to the Leasing Manager and/or Community Manager.

We believe employees are better together. Every position at Flow has an onsite or in-office requirement.
