At Parlor Doughnuts, we are a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items, including our famous layered doughnuts, vegan/gluten friendly, and keto friendly doughnuts, and specialty coffee. Our goal is to efficiently deliver a superior product, at a moderate price, with exceptional service, in a comfortable setting.

Various employment opportunities are available:

• Shift lead ($16/hr + TIP)
• Front of House ($14/hr + TIP)
• Barista ($14/hr + TIP)
• Doughnut prep ($14/hr + TIP)

Your responsibilities for each position could include greeting customers, taking orders, completing transactions, helping stock merchandise, maintaining cleanliness of the shop, helping to prepare food in a quick and quality manner, mastering the menu (including keto and vegan friendly options; as well as allergen information), being flexible and helping other team members accomplish a satisfied customer experience.

Qualities we are looking for:

• Driven! Passion to learn and grow with the company as we will be building out the Broward County territory with 4 shops.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
• Practical experience in food and customer service preferred.

Job Types: Part-time

Physical Setting:

• Fast casual Doughnut Shop
• Quick service & fast food restaurant/Doughnut & Coffee Shop

Schedule:

• Part-time (can possibly lead to full-time)
• Early Moring shifts (Fryer - 4/5AM Start)
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Tips (Employees average an extra $4-$6/hr in tips)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
