Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to execute a refined, modern steakhouse menu featuring premium cuts, innovative sides, and elevated seasonal dishes. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, excellent kitchen leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance and culinary standards
- Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to support restaurant profitability
- Assist in coordinating service to maintain smooth communication between culinary and front-of-house teams
- 3–5 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Expertise in steak cookery, butchery, and modern culinary techniques
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
