About the Role:

As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the culinary team, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your primary responsibility will be to execute menu items efficiently and consistently, contributing to a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety regulations.

This position requires a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence, as you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and plating dishes. Ultimately, your contributions will help create memorable dining experiences that keep our customers coming back for more.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a line cook.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality control.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
