Job Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team at Tavistock Restaurant Collection in South Florida. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading our dedicated staff to deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
