S3 Restaurant is hiring a motivated and energetic Barback to join our fast-paced, high-volume beachside restaurant and bar. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love hospitality, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we want to meet you.

• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (kegs, ice, cases, etc.)
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability

• Support bartenders during service by restocking liquor, beer, wine, and mixers
• Stock and prep garnishes (citrus, herbs, specialty cocktail ingredients, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coolers, and storage areas
• Stock ice, glassware, and bar tools
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Keep bar areas clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, team-driven environment
