Your PurposeExplora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand born from the heart of Swiss hospitality and the maritime heritage of MSC Group. Our fleet of six ships (two in service and four in the pipeline) is designed to transform the cruise experience, creating a category of its own that appeals to the next generation of luxury travelers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Cruise Ambassador to engage with high-net-worth guests, travel enthusiasts, and discerning travelers, providing personalized travel and cruise experiences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury travel, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a proven track record in sales.
Your Impact- Build strong relationships with prospective guests by understanding their unique travel preferences, lifestyle, and expectations.
- Propose personalized itineraries that include hotels, transfers, onboard experiences, and destination activities aligned with guests’ preferences.
- Guide the guest through the booking process, ensuring a seamless journey.
- Accurately document all interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce.
- Contact and convert leads through targeted sales campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Explora Journeys' products and brand.
- Maintain current insight into luxury travel trends, destination offerings, and exclusive experiences.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum of 1 year in sales (2+ years preferred).
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or the cruise industry preferred.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to nurture and maintain long‑term guest relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Guest‑centric sales approach.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and reservation booking systems (ideally Seaware).
- Creative problem‑solving and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
This role requires occasional extended hours, evenings, and weekends to accommodate guest needs.
Position is in‑office, based in the Fort Lauderdale Bayview office.
