Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Account Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base within the insurance industry. This role focuses on selling our insurance licensing and compliance SaaS platform (Agenzee) to agents, agencies, carriers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), and other insurance distribution models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance compliance, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage with potential clients and close deals.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
• Generate and qualify leads through email outreach, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value of Agenzee; our licensing and compliance solution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at insurance agencies, carriers, and MGAs, and other insurance distribution models.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their licensing and compliance needs.
• Follow up with potential and past leads to convert them into customers.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

• Stay informed about insurance licensing regulations and industry trends.
• Educate potential clients on compliance requirements and the benefits of Agenzee.
• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead-generation efforts.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the software technology and insurance industry, preferably in licensing, compliance, or related solutions.
• Experience selling SaaS products a plus.
• Strong understanding of insurance licensing processes, compliance regulations, and industry organizations (NAIC, NIPR).
• Proven ability to deliver effective product demos and sales presentations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.
