Overview
Delivery Consultant opportunities with Stelvio Group are expanding in the U.S. They partner with high-growth financial services providers delivering technology-enabled solutions to unlock new revenue streams. This role is in South Florida and focuses on building sales presence and client relationships.
RoleBusiness Development Representative (BDR) – a blend of office-based prospecting and field sales. You will drive outreach activity and build relationships in person to contribute to growth.
Responsibilities- Prospect and engage with local businesses to identify new opportunities.
- Execute high-volume outreach through calls, email, and social channels.
- Educate business owners on the commercial benefits of partnership.
- Qualify leads, set appointments, and close new business deals.
- Maintain CRM records and manage a strong pipeline.
- Visit clients onsite to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the business at trade shows and industry networking events.
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Hunter mentality – resilient, driven, and motivated by targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in negotiating and creating win–win outcomes.
- Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot/Salesforce or similar).
- Background in financial services, merchant services, or related sectors is a strong plus.
- Flexibility to travel frequently across the South Florida region.
