We operate three leading brands in the marine industry:
Elite Marine, Southern Marine Supply, and Spot Zero. Elite Marine specializes in the installation, service, and maintenance of marine air conditioning systems. Southern Marine Supply is a premier wholesale and retail supplier of marine AC, water purification systems, and ancillary components. Spot Zero is the leading manufacturer of water purification products in the marine industry, delivering innovative water purification systems, enhancing water quality for yachts.

Together, we provide industry‑leading products and services, driving excellence across the marine sector and fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment for our team.

This is a fully ONSITE position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Remote or Hybrid is not an option at this time.

Position Overview

The Company wide Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales efforts across three core businesses:
Spot Zero, Southern Marine, and Elite Marine. This role involves generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting the products and services of each division. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of the marine industry and experience managing a diverse product portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and industry networking.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning solutions across all three companies.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services, including marine air conditioning, refrigeration, water purification systems, and other related products.
  • Cross‑Promotion:
    Promote and cross‑sell complementary products across the three brands to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Maintain a high level of knowledge about the product lines of each company to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Market Analysis:
    Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Track all sales activities, opportunities, and leads in CRM software, providing regular updates to management on sales performance.
  • Travel:
    Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer visits as needed to promote company offerings and build relationships.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the marine industry, particularly marine air conditioning and water purification systems.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and familiar with market trends in yachting and marine sectors.
  • Proven expertise in outbound sales, lead generation, negotiation, and communication.
  • Skilled in analyzing market data and sales metrics.
  • Strong customer relationship management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Customer‑focused with the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and product offerings.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling marine products such as AC units, refrigeration systems, and water filtration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the yachting and marine services industry.
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent years of experience.
