Roofing Salesman

SK Quality Roofing is a respected, family-owned roofing company with over 40 years of service across Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and Saint Lucie counties. We specialize in residential and commercial reroofs and repairs, and we pride ourselves on providing top-quality workmanship and customer care. We are currently looking for driven, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team as Roofing Consultants.

As a Roofing Consultant, you'll be the face of SK Quality Roofing for homeowners and property managers considering roof replacements or repairs. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll manage the process from initial lead contact to project close. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter mentality, and a passion for helping customers protect their properties with quality roofing solutions.

• Self generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities with direct sales outreach through door-to-door canvassing, phone calls and email campaigns.
• Review assigned leads daily through our CRM system
• Contact potential customers after assignment to confirm appointments
• Review intake notes, property details, and customer concerns ahead of visits

• Research the property via Google Maps and internal records
• Prepare digital or printed pitch materials, product samples, and financing brochures

• Perform thorough inspections using ladders or drone technology
• Document findings with photos and take interior assessments if needed
• Present options using a Good / Better / Best format
• Educate clients on products, warranties, timelines, and financing

• Provide clear pricing options
• Offer financing upfront and explain value-added services
• Handle objections professionally and reinforce SK's value and reputation

• Aim to close during the appointment
• Collect signatures and deposits (or financing approvals)
• Upload signed contracts and notes into CRM
• Send thank-you messages and schedule project start dates
• Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to production

• Follow up on previous leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM notes
• Participate in weekly performance reviews with the sales team
• Work collaboratively with production and inside sales to ensure client satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000 - $300,000 per year (base salary + uncapped monthly commission)

• Proven roofing industry sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Comfort with technology (CRM systems, tablets, email)
• Willingness to work some Saturdays when needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
