Holman Motorcars is seeking a passionate, sophisticated, and client-focused Luxury Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman family. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building lasting relationships, delivering a world-class luxury experience, and helping discerning clients find the perfect vehicle to complement their lifestyle. As a brand ambassador for Holman Motorcars, you will provide a personalized, consultative sales experience while representing some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.

• Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience that exceeds client expectations throughout every stage of the ownership journey.
• Develop meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and automotive needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by educating clients on vehicle features, performance, technology, customization options, financing, leasing, and protection products.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Finance & Insurance (F&I) teams to structure and negotiate purchase and lease agreements.
• Cultivate long-term relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and client loyalty.
• Stay current on luxury automotive trends, competitor offerings, product knowledge, and manufacturer programs.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

• Previous automotive sales experience; luxury sales experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Professional presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented luxury retail setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
• High School Diploma or GED required Additional education, sales training, or luxury retail experience is a plus
