Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environmental Scientist, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Environmental Scientist will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, analyzing wetlands, performing fieldwork, uploading and analyzing data, preparing environmental impact reports, and providing environmental consulting services. The scientist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure environmentally sustainable outcomes and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
  • AutoCAD and ArcGIS experience required
  • Expertise in Field Work and experience working in challenging outdoor environments
  • Knowledge and experience working with Wetlands and their preservation
  • Proficiency in Environmental Science principles and practices
  • Experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and preparing related documentation
  • Background in Environmental Consulting and providing sustainable solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards
