. The position is based at Miami International Airport and is a full‑time, permanent position.

- Deliver training material and schedule trainings for new hires and recurring training for current employees.
- Provide On The Job Training for all new hires or employees transferring to a new position.
- Reinforce security policies, protocols and procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Ensure all employees follow security procedures for each entity, such as TSA, CBP, Miami Dade Aviation and any other airport where MGS operates.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure all employees are following security procedures.
- Promote professionalism and exceptional customer service within the security team.
- Keep familiar with and enforce MGS Employee Handbook, Standards of Business Conduct and Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking and sitting for extended periods.
Required Education And Experience- Associate degree required.
- 2‑3 years’ experience in customer service/security at an airport or similar entity and training experience.
- Successful completion of a background investigation and a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test.
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).
- Maintain strong relationships with both employees and clients.
- Demonstrated competence and enthusiasm for practical training methods.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. for training delivery.
- Critical thinking skills to quickly observe a situation and make appropriate responses.
- Professional demeanor at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, technical proficiency, evaluation & feedback and influence skills.
Must be eligible for CBP seal and pass the criminal background check to obtain the airport .
Work HoursHours vary based on operational needs.
