Job Summary:

TESS is an industry leader servicing the Mega Yacht Industry. We are seeking experienced Lead Marine Electrical Technicians to join our team. The Lead Marine Electrical Technician will lead the work of the Marine Electrical Technicians.

The position will be Monday through Friday and is a full-time position, with benefits such as a flexible schedule, health benefits and vacation time.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Marine Service Electrical Technicians.
  • Oversee project completion.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Installation, assembly, calibration and repair of marine instrumentation.
  • Quality control on electrical wiring and termination throughout the entire vessel.
  • Lead role of inventory processing.
  • Receive work packages and distribute them amongst technicians.
  • Designing and updating bonding systems to protect the crew and vessel.
  • Protecting equipment onboard vessels.
  • Securing work areas to avoid electrical shock.
  • Troubleshooting wiring and other electrical systems and testing low and high-voltage circuit systems for operation and safety.
