We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Miami, FL area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. Are you ready to be the face of an exciting technical organization?

No desk here! Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.

• Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for SONIFI products.
• Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with hospitality and healthcare staff, respecting boundaries and protocols.
• Travel within assigned region, occasional on‑call, overtime, and weekend work to meet service level agreements.
• Adapt to changing customer priorities and requests.

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving habits.
• Valid technical degree with at least 1 year of related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of work experience in high‑speed internet, satellite TV, digital TV, telecom, CATV, MATV, head‑end, RF, networking and/or computer troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands.

• Competitive salary (generally starting at $26–$33 per hour, based on location, experience, education, specialty, and training).
