Join us as a Cleaning and Restoration Technician where you will play a key role in delivering timely and effective restoration services to our customers.

Whether you need carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, or odor removal, we have the expertise and advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Adequate math skills to determine appropriate equipment type and usage.
• Basic computer proficiency for use of email, portable devices, and daily activity reporting.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or specialty cleaning experience (e.g., commercial floor stripping & waxing, air duct cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning).
• Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) are highly desired.
  • Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.
  • Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).
  • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT).

• Effectively perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services offered by the company, with opportunities to earn mold mitigation, fire & water damage restoration certifications.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies and complete the technician’s daily log and work orders.
• Stay willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
