This position provides service and maintenance to our residential and light commercial customers. We are a high‑tech company and a premier Trane and Carrier dealer.

HVAC Service Technician

$60,000 to $100,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential.

8:00am to 5:00pm

Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.

• Provide proper diagnoses on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
• Complete repairs for diagnosed systems in a precise and thorough manner
• Provide proper and clear communication on diagnoses/recommendations and invoicing for customer and service manager
• Provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years' experience as a Service Technician
• EPA Universal certification
• Experience in consulting customers on repairs and products
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Knowledge of TRANE equipment – a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish – a plus
• NATE Certifications or ability to acquire during employment
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• High school diploma or equivalent
