We are seeking a master‑level Cabinet Reface Installer with extensive experience in high‑quality kitchen refacing. This position is for a true professional who can handle detailed, custom refacing work from start to finish.
Position Requirements- 10+ years of professional cabinet refacing or high‑end cabinet installation experience
- Own fully equipped shop for prepping, fabricating, and finishing doors, drawer fronts, and refacing materials
- Reliable transportation — van or truck required
- Expert‑level skills in measuring, cutting, laminating, installation, and finishing
- Ability to work independently and produce premium, showroom‑quality results
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Full set of professional tools required
- Clean, professional workmanship in customers’ homes
- 1099 subcontractor position
- Consistent, year‑round work
- Competitive pay per project
