Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Tile Installer with a strong background in setting tile for floors, walls, showers, and back splashes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and takes pride in precision work. This is a 1099 subcontractor position offering steady, year-round projects with a supportive team environment.
ResponsibilitiesInstall tile in bathrooms, kitchens, and other residential spaces
Prepare and level surfaces, including mortar beds and backer board installation
Cut and fit tile precisely using proper tools and techniques
Grout, seal, and finish tile installations to company quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members
Follow company safety and installation guidelines
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential tile installation
Proficient in setting tile for floors, showers, and back splashes
Knowledge of leveling systems, waterproofing methods, and layout design
Must have your own truck and professional tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
