As a Senior Boat Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational boats powerboats. Your expertise will help ensure that our customers' vessels are kept in peak condition, providing them with safe and enjoyable experiences on the water. This position is ideal for a seasoned technician with a passion for boats and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of marine service.
Responsibilities- Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on recreational boats and their systems, including engines, electrical systems, plumbing, and other components.
- Conduct inspections and ensure repairs meet industry and dealership standards.
- Work closely with the service team to keep jobs on schedule and prioritize work based on customer and dealership needs.
- Mentor and support junior technicians, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry developments, including new equipment, tools, and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a boat technician or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of marine propulsion and generators, electrical systems, plumbing systems and general boat repair.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and service manuals.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification from recognized marine industry organizations (e.g., ABYC, NMMA, NMEA) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

This is a full‑time position with variable hours, including weekends and overtime as needed during peak workloads.
