• Maintain, monitor, repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel equipment and machinery
• Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
• Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience, combined with general knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting, and the ability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.

Shift Pattern: This is a full-time position which requires full availability to work varying shifts across weekdays, weekends and holidays.
