• Install, assemble, and secure flagpoles using hand tools, welding techniques, and mechanical knowledge
• Conduct routine inspections of flagpoles for structural integrity and safety hazards
• Repair or replace damaged components such as pulleys, cables, motors, or lighting systems utilizing electrical experience and plumbing knowledge when needed
• Maintain facility equipment including ladders, scaffolding, and other tools required for installation and repairs
• Apply maintenance painting and carpentry skills to ensure aesthetic standards are met during repairs or upgrades
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working at heights, power tools and equipment; supervise team members when necessary

• Proven experience with facilities maintenance including repair and operations (MRO) tasks in commercial or residential settings
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on expertise in contracting, concrete, knowledge of tools and equipment
• Familiarity with schematics, ability to read spec sheets and engineering drawings
• Experience working with hand tools, large equipment such as boom lifts and bobcats
• Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance environment is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written
• No fear of heights as some jobs can be up to 100 FT in the air
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Clean driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background and drug test

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
