Join Crossover as the Director of Parent Advocacy for Alpha School. This full‑time (40 hours per week) contractor role requires on‑site presence. Salary is $100 per hour, or $200,000 per year.

Alpha School operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete core academic work in two hours daily via AI‑driven applications, while the rest of the day focuses on practical competencies such as public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and project work. The model delivers accelerated mastery and positions students in the top 1% nationally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enrollment and retention for a single campus, cultivating high‑trust parent relationships from initial engagement through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.
- Conduct persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that transform interested parents into active advocates.
- Act as the central parent liaison, addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported after enrollment.
- Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and intentional outreach.
- Mobilize parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence.
- Relying on pre‑written sales scripts or transactional messaging.
- Assigning relationship‑building responsibilities to campus staff or operating in a passive capacity.
- Allowing structured parent groups to undermine or compromise Alpha’s educational philosophy.
- Working primarily from a desk; this role requires deep involvement in the parent journey and local community.
- Currently reside within commuting distance of one of the campuses listed above, or be willing to relocate.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 per hour, paid weekly. For more details, consult Crossover’s help resources.
