We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (React Lead) to drive our React migration and improve the mobile‑first user experience. You’ll work closely with our UI/UX designer and backend engineers to deliver fast, responsive, and delightful interfaces for creators and fans.

• Lead the migration from Laravel Blade templates to a modern React‑based frontend.
• Collaborate daily with the UI/UX designer to refine and improve existing user flows and designs.
• Build and maintain a component library/design system in React (Storybook or similar).
• Optimize frontend performance for mobile users (bundle size, lazy loading, caching).
• Integrate AI‑powered features into the frontend experience.
• Improve existing pages and flows using feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Partner with backend engineers to design and consume APIs effectively.

• 4+ years of React development (hooks, context, state management).
• Startup mindset: fast, pragmatic, and ownership‑driven.
• Proven experience building mobile‑first, responsive web applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and component‑driven development.
• Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to polish interfaces.
• API integration experience (REST, Graph

• Debugging and monitoring skills with Sentry.
