We collaborate with healthcare professionals nationwide to enhance patient well-being and adhere to rigorous USP standards to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance in every prescription.

Description

Location: FORT LAUDERDALE
Work type: Fully ON-SITE (Full-time)
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Role

This is a brand-new position and our first in-house Full Stack Software Engineer. You will play a foundational role in building the systems that power the pharmacy — from internal tools to customer-facing applications.

  • Establish engineering standards and development best practices.
  • Build new applications and modernize existing systems.
  • Have full ownership of technical decisions.
  • Work directly with the CEO, COO, IT Manager, and operational leaders.
  • Help guide the future of our tech stack and internal processes.

This is a highly hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in low-structure, fast-moving, startup-style environments. If you want to build from the ground up — instead of maintaining someone else’s system — this is the perfect opportunity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of both internal and customer‑facing applications. This role covers the full development lifecycle — architecture, coding, testing, integration, and deployment.

The ideal candidate is strong across both front‑end and back‑end development, comfortable making architectural decisions, and excited to help build a modern technology ecosystem inside a rapidly growing company.

  • FSA, Flexible Spending Account

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack applications for pharmacy operations, workflows, and e‑commerce systems.
  • Architect secure, scalable APIs and back‑end services using Java/Spring Boot.
  • Build intuitive, responsive front‑end interfaces using modern frameworks and Optimizely CMS.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement SQL/No

SQL databases and ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability.
  • Build automation and integrations to streamline internal processes.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards for handling sensitive pharmacy data.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose scalable, innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in full‑stack software engineering.
  • Proven success building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
  • Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience working across the full stack: front‑end, back‑end, databases, and cloud.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, agile environments.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and operate in a low‑structure environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Skills
  • Experience with CMS platforms, especially Optimizely.
  • Strong back‑end experience with Java/Spring Boot.
  • Hands‑on experience with MEAN stack (Mongo

    DB, Express.js, Angular/Vue, Node.js).
  • Front‑end experience with HTML5, CSS3, Type Script, React, Next.js, and responsive design.
  • Strong database knowledge (SQL + No

    SQL, especially Mongo

    DB).
  • Experience with Git, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and build scalable solutions.
