The Android Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. He/She has a robust background in Android development, a deep understanding of the Android ecosystem, and a proven track record of delivering successful mobile applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features for Android applications
• Lead the end-to-end development process, ensuring the high quality and timely delivery of mobile applications
• Architect and build scalable, maintainable, and efficient code for Android applications using Kotlin
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate and consume APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between the mobile app and server
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality and performance of our applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems that may arise

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in native Android app development using Kotlin
• Strong understanding of Android architecture, UI/UX guidelines, and best practices
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of external services
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles and user experience
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus

Compensation:
Salary, Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
