The Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites, including layout, functionality, and user experience, by writing clean code using languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that perform well across devices and browsers. They create and enhance the overall website appearance using graphic/multimedia design software and design site navigation that is clear and easy to understand.

The Web Developer ensures sites remain scalable while complying with performance and security standards. They update content based on input from marketing and document changes in source code.

• Front-end development: Designing and coding the visual elements of a website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user interface
• Back-end collaboration: Building the server-side logic of a website using languages like Python, Java, PHP, to handle data processing and database interactions
• User experience (UX) design: Contributing to the overall user experience by creating intuitive navigation and site layouts
• Code review and testing: Writing clean, well-documented code and thoroughly testing website functionality across different browsers and devices
• Collaboration with designers and stakeholders: Working with designers to translate visual mockups into functional websites and collaborating with clients to understand project requirements
• Performance optimization: Implementing techniques to improve website loading speed and performance
• Security considerations: Ensuring website security by implementing best practices to protect against vulnerabilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications or related field preferred
• 3+ years of web development experience is required
• Must have strong Project Management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; must be proactive with a high level of organization
• Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvement
• Proficiency with programming languages HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
• Knowledge of REST APIs and design patterns is required
• Comfort with front-end frameworks React, Angular, and Vue.js is required
• Knowledge of database management (MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL) is required
• Knowledge of version control systems Git and Jira are required
• Must be able to leverage effective communication to convey information clearly and engagingly to the target audience

Compensation:
Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
