Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour + Bonus (Full-time/Part-time)

You will be paid $17.50 - 20.00 per hour or a commensurate salary as a part-time or full-time TEC employee, and will have the opportunity to grow within the business, if so desired. You will be paid for your time, whether training clients or not. In addition, there will be additional compensation for client acquisition.
Responsibilities & Duties- Develop Comprehensive Health & Fitness Programs for Clients
- Tracking Client Progress
- Perform Fitness Evaluations
- Coach clients through program duration
- Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction
- Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education
- Lead Follow Up and Conduct Consultations
- Passion for Health & Fitness:

English and Spanish, both above High School Level - Good Communication Skills

- Personal Training and CPR/AED Certification
