Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

Overview:
Provado Mobile Health is seeking independent Mobile Care Providers to transport members of select health plans to and from medical appointments using your own vehicle. This role is an on-demand contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Transport people to and from their medical appointments.
  • Provide prescheduled, standing order member trips with recurring appointments.
  • Operate as an independent contractor and manage your own schedule (Monday through Friday as desired).
  • Earn by paying per loaded mile with weekly direct deposit payout available; rate details shared during call for specific markets.
Qualifications
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.
  • Own a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition, no older than 15 years. Vehicle must pass a Provado inspection.
  • Your name must be listed on the vehicle registration.
  • Clean driving record with no more than one violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years; no DUI or suspensions in the last 5 years.
  • Able to pass a drug screen (including marijuana).
  • Able to pass a complete criminal background check with no felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.
Network Onboarding Requirements
  • Own an Android or iOS smartphone or be willing to obtain one.
  • Complete and pass CPR certification (30–90 minutes).
  • Complete and pass CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training (30–90 minutes).
  • Complete and pass NSC Driver Safety Course online (2–3 hours).
Benefits

As a Mobile Care Provider, you gain independence, manage your own schedule, and deliver caring, on-time transportation to patients outside traditional care settings. You will be an independent contractor using your own vehicle to serve members of select health plans, often likened to a healthcare Uber driver, with no medical care performed during transfers.
