Warehouse Team Member

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Fort Lauderdale Distribution Center located in Weston, FL. Chick‑fil‑A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.

Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. A 4‑day workweek (four 10‑hour days). The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.

Fort Lauderdale Distribution Center – Weston, FL

Starting at $20.75 per hour.

  -10°F to 100°F.
• Heavy weights: reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case; occasionally move up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical assistance.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) for following instructions, completing documentation, interpreting labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage and communications.
• Preferably experience working in a warehouse and/or material handling; food distribution experience is a plus.
