Logistics Coordinator

Responsibility Areas:

• Manages international shipping documentation, communicates with supplier brokers, and provides weekly document status reporting to the SCM team.
• Reviews Domestic Mill Production Reports/documentation, communicates with suppliers, and reports production status to the SCM team.
• Manages Inventory entries, receiving, and bill processing to internal systems.
• Conducts Inventory Reconciliation across multiple warehouse sites, identifies internal discrepancies, and ensures accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinates quality‑control inspections for damaged products, prepares repair orders, and manages communication with repair vendors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with coursework in Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Quick Books, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean to effectively communicate with vendors and partners.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Understanding of import procedures and logistics processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills, critical thinking, time management, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• 2‑3 years of Supply Chain or Logistics operation work experience.
• Steel/metals industry experience.
• Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n).

Work Hours:

Full‑Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
