Analyst, Fintech Onboarding

As a Fintech/Implementation Analyst, you will support the onboarding of fintech partners by coordinating documentation, assisting in API and compliance processes, and collaborating across internal teams. This is a client-facing, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, technical, and eager to grow in the fintech ecosystem.

• Support onboarding of fintech clients, including data collection, documentation, and project tracking
• Assist in due diligence processes (KYC, AML, regulatory checks)
• Help facilitate API and platform integration steps
• Maintain partner records and onboarding dashboards
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to process improvement for onboarding operations

• 3+ years in fintech, financial services, or technical client delivery
• Familiarity with APIs, fintech business models, or payments systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn compliance/regulatory fundamentals
