Pro Sidian Seeks a Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst (Contract Contingent) located in Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) “to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of a Federal Government Agency.” The engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non‑personal services in support to Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes, to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re‑engineered process operational requirements.

This is a non‑personal services contract to provide support to BPR of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re‑engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of a Federal Agency’s Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of a Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities.

This project focuses efforts on support – to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures.

This is Contract Contingent or Contract W‑2 Position and Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full‑Time Pro Sidian employed W‑2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary.

The ideal Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The Pro Sidian Engagement Team.

Responsible for the analysis of multiple, complex process flows and the design and development of multiple, complex application systems. Incumbent will primarily be responsible for the development, documentation and support of moderate to complex workflows using K2 Smart forms in SharePoint 2010.

Heavily involved in the transition of existing workflows from Info Path forms to K2 Smart forms. Responsible for gathering user requirements and designing a workflow solution that best meets those business requirements.

Also, provide support for less complex workflows developed by end users and junior team members in SharePoint. The incumbent actively supports and complies with all client policies and procedures.

Responsible for building and maintaining critical business process automation applications through K2 Black Pearl Workflow & Forms technologies, as well as growing and developing the organization’s perception with existing customers through exceptional customer service.
