The Delivery Driver will provide a genuine experience to customers with professionalism, poise, and patience. A passion for cannabis and strict adherence to protocol and compliance are essential. Responsibilities include reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction and delivering items safely and timely.

• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis.
• Manage delivery documents, ensuring proper records and manifests are filed.
• Maintain positive professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise during deliveries.
• Explain cannabis product variations to guests professionally.
• Perform basic math and manage cash transactions, including accurate change.
• Demonstrate professional knowledge of cannabis products in a regulated dispensation environment.
• Operate POS, cash register, and payment processing systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text, and in person.
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers.
• Address customer and patient concerns promptly and communicate to the dispensary.
• Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles safely.
• Maintain a positive work environment based on trust and respect.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist dispensary staff during downtime with inventory, organization, cleaning, website updates, and other tasks.

• At least 25 years old and pass all pre‑employment screenings.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work weekends, days, and night shifts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Experience with cannabis point‑of‑sale software a plus.
• Willingness to learn applicable state and local laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements in the cannabis industry.
• Ability to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and focus.
• Ability to internalize training and follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills.

The role requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, speaking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. Occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds may be required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
