In this key role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all work meets client expectations and project specifications. • Lead all phases of assigned projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage project execution, communication, and quality standards across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clarify project scope, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Work with Design/Engineering to review and update CAD drawings as project requirements evolve.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, general contractors, and third parties to address scope, scheduling, and technical inquiries.
• Monitor progress, costs, and milestones to ensure alignment with budget and timeline goals.
• Maintain project documentation, scope updates, and materials tracking throughout the lifecycle.
• Schedule and oversee field team activities, ensuring tasks are executed safely and efficiently.
• Provide weekly updates to the Operations Manager with progress reports, adjustments, and logistical needs.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to Installation, Programming, and Service departments.
• Support Accounting with progress billing, invoicing, and project financial updates.
• Track and document labor and materials for accurate records and billing.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and timely response.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction and low-voltage systems.
• Proven ability to implement systems and workflows that improve efficiency and client service.
• Proficient with project management tools and technology applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
