Job Description &Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, personalized table service in an upscale dining environment.
Greet, seat and engage with guests in a warm yet professional manner.
Present menus, describe daily specials, offer wine and beverage recommendations.
Take and deliver food & beverage orders promptly, adhering to established fine‑dining service standards.
Maintain tableside presentation, clear and reset tables efficiently, uphold impeccable dining room appearance.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, wine & beverage pairings.
Uphold high standards of grooming, demeanor and professionalism at all times.
Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Deep knowledge of food & beverage service, wine and cocktail pairings.
Exceptional communication, accuracy, attention to detail and guest focus.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting while maintaining calm and elegance.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
