The Gillis Organization owns and operates McDonald’s Restaurant Franchises in Bergen, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean County in New Jersey. The salary range for this role is $17.00 to $21.00 an hour, depending on experience and location volume. Monthly bonus opportunities are based on the performance matrix.

Requirements
Fast Track Management Program is available based on experience. Shift Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a quick, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure excellent customer quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to uphold McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
