Part Time Dispensary Associates work between 15-29 hours a week. Must be flexible to work weeknights and have open availability on weekends.

This location is under a labor union which means wages, hours, and working conditions are subject to a collective bargaining agreement.

The Delivery Driver will work to provide a genuine experience to customers with professionalism, poise, and patience. A passion for cannabis coupled with a strong adherence to protocol and compliance is necessary for this role. The Delivery Driver will deliver items to customers, patients, in a safe, timely manner. This role reviews orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

The driver needs product knowledge, customer service, basic computer skills, and cash handling experience.

• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis.
• Manage documents associated with cannabis delivery, ensuring that proper documents are kept and manifests are returned complete and ready for filing.
• Maintain positive professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise during deliveries.
• Communicate professionally in person to explain variations of cannabis products to guests, if necessary.
• Perform basic math and manage cash transactions; receive cash payments and provide accurate change.
• Possess professional knowledge of cannabis products from a regulated retail dispensary or medical distribution center.
• Operate a POS system as well as cash register and payment processing systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text, and in person.
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers; address questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
• Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect; ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• During down time, assist Dispensary staff with inventory, back stock organization, cleaning, updating website and online menus, and other tasks as needed.

• Must be 25 years or older and pass any required pre-employment screenings.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to work weekends, days, and night shifts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Cannabis POS software experience a plus.
• Willing to build understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations related to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes, and operating procedures.
• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Attention to detail; focused and able to internalize training and follow instructions.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
