Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commercial Specialist based in Fort Lee, NJ, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Commercial Specialist will focus on managing client relationships, facilitating transactions, and assisting with the acquisition and sale of properties. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, negotiating purchase and sales terms, preparing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in sales and purchasing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in account management and maintaining long‑term business relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while independently managing tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of real‑estate principles and practices is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to manage workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real‑estate, marketing, or a related field is preferred
