Multi-Sport Coach

Overview

TGA is committed to nurturing young athletes by providing engaging sports programs directly in their schools and communities. Our goal is to teach kids the fundamentals of sports while encouraging character development, teamwork, and proper sportsmanship. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a GMulti-Sport Coach
. This role involves teaching basics and fundamentals of various sports to children ages 5-14, emphasizing not just skill development but also the joy of playing sports. Our coaches foster a love for golf through fun, interactive lessons that emphasize education and safety. Coaches can work part-time, with opportunities ranging from 1 day to 7 days a week, offering 2-5 hours per day during the school year, with potential for more during the summer months.

No extensive coaching experience is required, as we provide training on the TGA curriculum. A love for working with children and a positive attitude are essential!

• Teach basics and fundamentals of various sports to children ages 5-14.
• Foster enjoyment of sport, safety, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
• Provide engaging, age-appropriate instruction across golf, tennis, pickleball, cheer, lacrosse, flag football, ultimate frisbee, and other TGA sports.
• Deliver lessons that balance skill development with fun and safety.
• Collaborate with the program to support children s physical literacy and love of sports.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability during after-school hours (2:30 PM and later).
• Reliable transportation.
• Excitement for teaching kids and sharing the game of golf.
• Ability to connect with kids and create a fun, safe environment.
• High energy, flexibility, punctuality, and creativity.
• Comfortable communicating with children and parents.
• Willingness to commit to at least one full season.
• Pass a clean background check.
